"This card entitles the bearer to say "no" to any hare-brained government spending scheme and not have to give an explanation. When they say it's for the children or the planet will die or some bank is too big to fail, just whip out this handy card and point to it proudly. It is all the justification you need to keep your own money and spend it as you please."
